I loved the idea of becoming a mother, I eventually had 6 kids of my own During every pregnancy I learned of other women and their stories if their pregnancies and losses. I grew up admiring my grandmother, Vera Michael- she gave birth to 12 Children, followed by my Mother who also had 6 Children. Motherhood is the most challenging but beautiful experience. It made me think of so many women who were luck and who were unfortunate. So this painting is for all mothers
