The red carpet came out yesterday….3 years of hard work, dedication and commitment with a passion was celebrated yesterday!
We attended the international premiere of our film “Star Dreaming” at the national CinefestOZ with our partners Prospero Productions and Curtain University. Tears of pride were shed during the showing as we all worked through some difficult times over the last 3 years to get this film completed. The staff, board and artist at Yamaji Art are so happy to finally see the film on the ‘big screen’
The film has an international touring itinerary with the first stop next month being the Maritime Museum of WA in Fremantle for 6 months then hopefully home to Geraldton next year. We look forward to having it on country to show our community the work we do to share Yamaji Culture and Sky Stories.
